Fairly clean quaint accommodation with efficient staff and wonderful location close to the city center. Location very close to a Vodaphone store, many bars and restaurants and the more touristy areas. Excellent service and excellent value. A bar area in the reception, convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.

Sadly, our experience was marred by several issues. The breakfast buffet lacked essential items like eggs, disappointing for a four-star hotel. The Nespresso coffee machine only provided one complimentary coffee per stay, leaving a coffee fan like my husband frustrated during our five-night stay.

The staff were heaps friendly, and the breakfast spread was pretty good, but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

The quirky decor and relaxed environment. The local restaurants nearby were fantastic! Loved having lunch at Valentina's. The pasta was spot-on. Being able to enjoy coffee on the terrace was a nice touch.

The hotel's modern decor and fantastic location make exploring the city easy, while the staff's warmth adds a personal touch to our experience.

The breakfast variety could use some improvement to cater to diverse preferences.

Absolutely loved the spacious balcony with stunning city views! The breakfast had fresh pastries and organic juices, making it a perfect start to the day. Only downside was some street noise at night. 😊

I adored my spacious Beautiful Room with a balcony that offered fine city views. The fun and gravity-defying decor filled the hotel with whimsy that had me snapping pics like crazy! I especially loved their cute afternoon tea-indulging in snacks while chatting with friends in the funky lobby was the cherry on top!

unstoppable city exploration right outside your door

The central location made it easy to stroll to landmarks like Livraria Lello and Clerigos Tower in just a few minutes. I loved the quick access to beautiful parks like Jardins do Palacio de Cristal for serene views and relaxation during my city walks.

great stay but minor hiccups

The staff were kind and cute! Our upgrade to a spacious Beautiful Room with a large balcony was a good surprise. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and locally sourced fruits. The view from our room overlooking the lively city added a amazing touch to our stay.

The location is ideal, and the breakfast served is satisfying with fresh fruits.

Perfect spot for strolling around the Soares dos Reis National Museum - couldn't be better situated! the rooms are stylishly decorated, complete with a cool terrace, and the beds are super cozy 😊.
